Lindsey & Ian got married at the Clayshire Castle in Bowling Green — YES A FREAKING CASTLE!!!
The trip was HAZARDOUS to say the least – twisty turny roads with death cliffs on the side, 15-30 MPH limits, road ragers passing ON those turns, slippery gravel roads, the castle is in the middle of NOWHERE – BUT totally worth it for meeting these two and getting to be a part of their celebration!
It was seriously the most perfect day watching these two get married (for the second time) and celebrate with all of their family and friends. COVID forced them to reschedule and push back a couple times, I think it was well worth the wait.
In Lindsey’s own, eloquent words… “We’re nerds, he’s charismatic, I’m awkward. So together we can rule the world haha. We’re getting married in a castle and want very whimsical.” That got us off RIGHT on the right foot, and the rest… well… see for yourselves. WOW.
What an awesome day, right?! Would you get married in a castle?!
